  One of the team (Jess) noticed i had been sitting with an order number on my table for some time. She asked if i was waiting on food, then checked on it. My order didn't go through and she was really apologetic and offered me a free beer. This is the sort of service that creates loyal customers. Unfortunately it doesn't happen at most establishments.
